Dear Jacqueline,

Thank you SO much for your email. I too am frustrated with the false information my estate agent is giving regarding the home report. I greatly appreciate your honest, impartial and independent advice. You also make the process a lot easier to understand. The estate agencies make it sound complex and confusing - it feels like they try to confuse clients so that they can get them to pay even more than their already extortionate fees.

Just a note to thank Survey Scotland for their excellent and prompt service. We were very pleased and impressed with manner in which the EPC inspection was set up so quickly and how Mr Davidson called in advance then came to our flat right on 9:30am.

Mr Davidson was friendly and efficient and the certificate was online as promised within 24 hours. The cost of your service was very competitive and we would certainly use your company again for our other properties.
