How our order process works

1. Calculate a price

Using the calculator at the top right of the page, select the start of your postcode and the approximate value of your property from the dropdown menus and click on the calculate button.

Details of your home report and its cost will be displayed by the calculator.

If you wish to order your home report online click the "buy online" button, this will display more indepth information on your home report, clicking the "order now" button to add the report to your shopping cart.

Home Reports can also be purchased online by clicking the relevent price on the price list page.

2. Checkout Process

Once you have successfully identified the appropriate product and added it to your cart, you can then continue through the checkout process.

You have the option to either checkout as guest or register an account (for future convenience).

You must then enter your billing and payment information and proceed with the order.

Once you have successfully made a payment, you can then complete our online property questionnaire or request a copy via email or a hard copy by post.


3. Arrange suitable time to carry out inspection

Once payment has been received, we will contact you shortly thereafter to arrange a suitable time for one of our Chartered Surveyors to visit the property and carry out the inspection (Home Report, EPC or Market Valuation Report).


4. Receiving your documents

After the inspection has been carried out, your documents will be made available to you on average within five working days.

An account will be created for you within our client login area, where we will upload your documents. You should receive a confirmation email (complete with your login details), once your account has been created & your documents have been uploaded.
