How to order online

• 1. Get a quote
• To get an accurate quote for your property, click on one of the tabs across →
  
  You'll then need to provide some additional details about your property and hit the "Get a quote" button.
• 2. Proceed to order / shopping cart
• Once a price has been established, if you would like to place an order request, you should click on the "Add to cart" button where you will then be taken to the shopping cart.
• 3. Complete checkout
• To complete the checkout phase, you'll need to provide billing, property and contact details.
• 4. Make payment & we'll contact you
• When you click confirm and place the order request, you'll receive a confirmation email with details on how to pay. Payment is made by either bank transfer or cheque. Upon receiving payment, we will then contact you to arrange a suitable date/time to visit the property and carry out the inspection.
  
  Furthermore, a user login will be created for you on our website. If a Home Report is ordered, you will need to complete the Property Questionnaire. A link can be found in your account.
  
  Once the completed Home Report or EPC is available, it will be uploaded onto your secure user account.
