Referring Terms and Conditions

To qualify as a referring customer, you must have ordered a Home Report from Survey Scotland. All of the friends which you refer must be new customers to Survey Scotland. To qualify as a referring customer, you must have ordered a Home Report from Survey Scotland.
All of the friends which you refer must be new customers to Survey Scotland. Any customers that have already had a Home Report or EPC carried out by us are considered to be existing customers and will not be eligible to be referred customers in this promotion.
It is entirely your responsibility to ensure that all the key information you enter into the Refer a Friend form is accurate (including name and email address). Once submitted this information cannot be changed. Failure to submit accurate information may prevent Survey Scotland from establishing a connection between the two customers and therefore result in no rewards for either party.
When ordering a package, your referred friend must quote your unique referral id.
All orders must be placed over the phone.
Failure to provide this unique referral id at the point of order will result in no cashback being paid to you and no discount for your friend.
You will receive a cheque for £20 within 30 days after your friends order has been placed, assuming all of these terms and conditions are met.
There is no limit to the number of friends that you may refer.

Failure to quote the referral id at the point of order will result in no discount being rewarded and no cashback for your friend.
Only new customers to Survey Scotland will qualify as referred customers. Any customers who have previously had a Home Report or EPC carried out by us are considered to be existing customers and will not be eligible to be referred customers in this promotion.

All referred customers will also automatically qualify for our refer a friend scheme, in addition to the 10% discount.

Any attempt to manipulate or abuse this scheme will not be tolerated. Under these circumstances, at the sole discretion of Survey Scotland, we reserve the right to withhold payment of any referral cash-back.
Survey Scotland reserves the right to add, remove and/or amend any of these terms and conditions at any time.
Survey Scotland reserves the right to withdraw this promotion at any time.
This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions.
In the case of any dispute, Survey Scotland management's decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

For You

For each friend that you refer and who goes on to purchase a Home Report, you will get £20.

Your friend simply has to quote your referral id when ordering & you will receive a cheque within 30 days.
