Description
We are looking for an exceptional, highly motivated candidate to join our successful Chartered Surveyor & Estate Agency.

The candidate should be MRICS and have experience of surveying and valuing residential property. They must hold the Domestic Energy Assessors qualification. They will be required to provide Single Surveys, Home Reports and Energy Performance Certificates for residential properties. The candidate should be capable of reliably managing their own time, working to tight timescales with demanding standards and should be able to promote and develop the business. Estate Agency experience desired but not essential. It is possible the role will be made permanent for the right candidate, with scope for progression within the firm.

Salary will be dependent on qualifications and experience. Car allowance and lap-top will be provided.
