Director/Chartered Surveyor

Description: This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy, progressive company. We are looking for an exceptional, highly motivated candidate to join our successful Chartered Surveying firm.
The successful candidate will be required to oversee our team of Surveyors. The candidate should be MRICS and have experience of surveying and valuing residential property. Excellent management and leadership skills required. The candidate will be required to promote the company and develop business. They will be required to provide Single Surveys, Home Reports and Energy Performance Certificates for residential properties as required. They must hold the Domestic Energy Assessors qualification.
There is excellent scope for progression and further qualification within the firm.
Own car and driving licence are essential. Car allowance, laptop and phone allowance will be provided.

Description: Due to unprecedented demand we are looking for an exceptional, highly motivated candidate to join our successful Chartered Surveying firm.
The successful candidate will be required to carry out surveys throughout Glasgow. The candidate should be MRICS and have experience of surveying and valuing residential property. They must hold the Domestic Energy Assessors qualification. They will be required to provide Single Surveys, Home Reports and Energy Performance Certificates for residential properties. The candidate should be capable of reliably managing their own time, working to tight timescales with demanding standards and should be able to promote and develop the business. There is excellent scope for progression and further qualification within the firm.
Salary will be dependent on qualifications and experience. Own car and driving licence are essential. Car allowance, laptop and equipment will be provided.

Description: We are currently experiencing very high levels of work in relation to Domestic and Non Domestic Energy Performance Certificates.
We are therefore looking to recruit experienced and fully qualified Domestic and Non Domestic Energy Assessors throughout the UK.
We will consider all applications from suitably qualified personnel and we are entirely flexible in relation to the employment arrangements. We can offer employed or self employed on a contract basis, full or part time.
