Survey Scotland Ltd are a firm of Chartered Surveyors with multiple branches in Scotland. Regulated by RICS, we specialise in Home Reports and Energy Performance Certificates.
Our Chartered Surveyors are all fully employed by us and have extensive local knowledge of the property market throughout Scotland. We are not a marketing company.
We recognise that times are extremely difficult and as a result have adjusted our prices accordingly. Our Home Report prices now start from just £45 (all inclusive).
